Weekend rentals are dropped off Saturday and picked up Sunday. For other days, we’ll confirm pickup timing with you. Please don’t deflate the unit before we get there.

No. We can set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt or indoors. On grass we use stakes; on hard surfaces we use sandbags. If you can’t have stakes in your grass, choose the Grass – No Stakes option. Gravel is fine too. Just choose Gravel as your surface when you check out so we know to bring sandbags.

A standard 115V 20-amp outlet within 50 feet of the setup spot. No outlet? Add a generator for $75/day.

A working outdoor spigot within reach of the slide. Please have your own garden hose ready, long enough to reach from the spigot to the inflatable.

Never use a water hose on a dry bounce house. If it gets wet, wipe it down before anyone uses it again.

Yes, an adult needs to be home when we set up. That way we can confirm the spot with you and go over the safety rules. Please make sure we can get through any gates.

We deliver, set up and pick up, and we bring the blower and extension cord. We anchor the unit with stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces and gravel, and we’ll go over the safety rules with you at setup. Delivery is priced by distance and shows at checkout. Water hoses aren’t included, so for water slides and wet combos please have your own garden hose ready.

You’ll need a smooth, flat area big enough for the unit, clear of large rocks, glass and sprinkler heads. Smooth gravel is fine; just pick Gravel at checkout so we bring sandbags. Each product page lists the space needed. If you’re not sure your yard will fit, call or text us at (910) 703-6504 and we’ll help you figure it out.

A slight slope is okay, but flat is best. Pick the flattest spot you have. If your yard has a big slope, call or text us before you book.

Yes. If you don’t have a standard outlet within 50 feet of the setup spot, you can add a generator for $75/day.

We don’t set up, and inflatables shouldn’t be used, when winds are 15 mph or higher. If the wind picks up to 15 mph or more during your party, have everyone get off, unplug the blower and let the unit deflate until it calms down. If strong winds are in the forecast, we’ll reach out about rescheduling.

Unplug the blower, let the unit deflate and keep everyone off. Never use the inflatable in high winds, thunder or lightning.

Safety

Adult supervision at all times, one attendant per unit, and no shoes. We’ll go over the house rules at setup.

If the blower stops or the unit starts losing air, have everyone get off right away. Check that it’s plugged in and that the breaker hasn’t tripped (the blower should be the only thing on that circuit). If it still won’t run, call or text us at (910) 703-6504 right away so we can fix it. Please don’t try to repair the blower yourself.
